Auch das seit der COVID-19 Pandemie bekannt gewordene <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bag.admin.ch\/bag\/de\/home\/gesetze-und-bewilligungen\/gesetzgebung\/gesetzgebung-mensch-gesundheit\/epidemiengesetz.html\">Epidemiengesetz<\/a> enth\u00e4lt Bestimmungen, die zum Medizinrecht geh\u00f6ren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Medizinrecht umfasst aber auch detaillierte Fragen, wenn es etwa um Haftungsfragen bei missgl\u00fcckten Operationen geht, oder aber auch, welche Erzeugungsvorschriften bei einem Vorsorgeauftrag oder einer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anwalt-zuerich.attorney\/ch\/anwalt-patientenverfuegung\/\">Patientenverf\u00fcgung<\/a> gelten.
